Early‑Career Pathways at Koda

Graduate Program (12–18 months)

Designed for high-potential university graduates, our program provides a structured introduction to wealth management.

Participants rotate across Koda Capital, gaining exposure to key areas including Investments, Advice, Philanthropy & Social Capital, and Operations. Each graduate is supported by a dedicated buddy, ensuring both technical development and integration into the firm.

On completion of the program, graduates may be considered for a permanent role aligned to their strengths and interests.

This program is ideal for curious, motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in wealth management.

Professional Year (PY) Program

For Associates who aspire to become future advisers and, ultimately, Partners of Koda Capital. Participants work closely with experienced advisers, gaining hands-on exposure to client relationships, portfolio construction and strategic advice. The program is designed to accelerate both technical capability and commercial judgement, with a clear pathway into advisory roles.

Experienced Hires
