Ash has over 15 years of experience across Wealth Management, Financial Advice, and Insurance Advice, with a strong focus on technology delivery, solution architecture, and business change. She began her career in customer-facing and operational roles before progressing into technology-focused positions supporting advisers, operations, and leadership teams across financial services organisations.
In her current role, Ash is Koda’s subject-matter expert on the firm’s Salesforce platform and CRM data model, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions. She works at the intersection of technology, business, and end users – combining deep platform expertise with a practical understanding of how adviser teams actually use the systems she designs – to ensure solutions deliver tangible outcomes, not just technical delivery.
