Leanne joined Koda as a Graduate Associate in July 2026.
Leanne brings a dual background with a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics) and Bachelor of Psychology from Macquarie University. She is passionate about the intersection of financial strategy and human behaviour, particularly regarding understanding decision-making and risk assessment.
Before joining Koda, she explored this passion through practical experience in the disability support and insurance sectors. Both industries reinforced the importance of integrity and compassion, values that continue to guide her approach to work and life.
