Sharya joined Koda Capital in January 2026 as a Human Resources Coordinator
Sharya started her Human Resources career in the hospitality industry, specifically within the world of hotels. She worked in Accor hotels while studying for a Bachelor of Business degree majoring Human Resources Management at Western Sydney University.
Before joining Koda, Sharya was working within one of the Marriott’s 5 Star Flagship hotels, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park where she embraced the Human Resources space.
Sharya comes from a strong background in recruitment, people operations and employee engagement. She is passionate about embracing and discovering the love of building great connections through food, banter and shared experiences.
