Based in New York, Elizabeth shares her extensive background in finance, transitioning from a Chief Investment Officer for the state of Hawaii to her current role at Goldman Sachs. Elizabeth Burton is the Managing Director and Client Investment Strategist, Goldman Sachs. Previously Elizabeth was Chief Investment Officer of the Employees’ Retirement System of the State of Hawaii (“HIERS”), where she oversaw $19 billion in pension fund assets.
