Andrew Rothery has been a Non-Executive Director of Koda Capital since 2014.
Andrew was a founder and former Executive Chairman of private equity firm Archer Capital and a former Chairman of AVCAL (now the Australian Investment Council). He is the former non-executive Chair of Cicada Innovations and has been the Chair of the Investment Committee of the MLC Private Equity Program for well over a decade. He is also a director of Albert Group Services and a member of investment committees within that group. His other directorships comprise Andreasens Green and Creative Capital. He also sits on the Global Advisory Board and Investment Committees of various LeapFrog Investments funds and investment vehicles, as well as the Advisory Boards of various funds of Blackbird Ventures. He holds a B.Comm (with Merit)/LLB (University Medal) from UNSW.
