Emma describes herself as someone who is passionate about empowering, supporting, growing and coaching people to realise their full potential both professionally and personally.
Prior to joining Koda, Emma was a Human Resources Consultant at JANA Investment Advisers and has previous Human Resources experience across Pharmaceutical, Data Analytics, Design Engineering and Financial Services sectors.
Emma’s qualifications include an MBA (Hons) and a bachelor’s degree (Business Management & Marketing) and she is also a Justice of the Peace (NSW).
