James joined Koda Capital as an Associate in November 2023 and works with Adviser & Partner Michael Massey.
As an associate, James supports a number of high net wealth families and not-for-profit organisations to help grow and preserve their wealth. His responsibilities include providing ongoing portfolio administration and client service, delivering customised investment research and strategies, financial modelling, and trade execution.
Prior to joining Koda, James worked as an experienced Paraplanner with Fortnum Private Wealth providing comprehensive retail wealth management support to several leading financial planning practices and advisers. His experience has made him acutely aware of the importance of both listening to and understanding client needs and maintaining long-term relationships, which he prides himself on to ensure the best outcomes and effective solutions are realised.
James graduated from Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Business Leadership & Commerce (major in Economics) and also holds a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning.
