Sophia joined Koda Capital in January 2017 and currently works as Operations Manager in the Operations team.
Prior to joining Koda Capital, Sophia spent 16 years working at JBWere as a Client Services Manager for the Intermediaries business, supporting a team of between two and three Senior advisers. Sophia focused mainly on direct equities and over the last five years helped to oversee the transition in the business model to SMAs. She takes pride in working with all clients to deliver a premium service and fostering long term relationships.
Sophia joined Koda Capital in 2017 as an Associate, working in a team with Charles Moore and Peter Dunn where she assisted with relationship management and various administrative roles.
In early 2021, she transitioned into a new role helping to manage the Sydney office and national events and has now, in August 2025, moved into the Operations team as an Operations Manager.
Sophia is a Justice of the Peace in NSW.
