Hagai joined Koda Capital in October 2023 as Head of Core and Opportunistic Portfolios.
Hagai Netser is a member of Koda Capital’s Investment Strategy Group and is responsible for managing Koda’s Core Reference Portfolio and Opportunistic Investment Program. Prior to joining Koda, Hagai was an Investment Consultant at Mercer, where he advised on alternative investments, private markets and multi-asset portfolio construction.
Before that, Hagai served as Chief Investment Officer of a US$1.5 billion multi-family office catering to some of Israel’s leading ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. In that role, he provided investment advice across all major asset classes, including strategic and tactical asset allocation, portfolio construction, manager selection, direct investments and special situations. He also managed a private debt fund-of-funds, overseeing manager selection and due diligence, investor communications and ongoing portfolio management.
Hagai holds a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Tel Aviv University. He is a CFA® Charterholder and holds an investment management licence issued by the Israeli Securities Authority.
