Hagai joined Koda Capital in October 2023 as Head of Investment Research & Partner
Hagai Netser is responsible for heading the investment research at Koda Capital and is a member of the Investment Strategy Group. Prior to joining Koda, Hagai was an Investment Consultant at Mercer with a focus on alternative investments, private markets and multi-asset portfolio management.
Hagai was previously the CIO of a $1.5 billion multi-family office catering to Israel’s top UHNW individuals and families. He provided specialist investment advice on all asset classes. This included strategic and dynamic asset allocations, portfolio construction, manager selection, direct transactions, and special situations investments. Hagai was also the portfolio manager of a private debt fund of funds, where he headed up manager selection and due diligence, investor communications, and ongoing portfolio management.
Hagai holds a BA in Economics from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Tel-Aviv University. He is a licensed investment manager by the Israeli Securities Authority and a CFA® Charter holder.
